Bay Area foodies, be prepared. Until Wednesday, April 29, 14 restaurants in Redwood City’s vibrant downtown will be offering discounted, special fixed menus for $20 to $55 per person for its inaugural Restaurant Week. From filet mignon at Vino Santo to coconut flan bread at La Viga, your stomach is sure to meet a world of flavor.

Radius residents can walk over to downtown and celebrate Redwood City’s thriving dining scene. For those who wish to take public transportation, Caltrain leaves you right in the dining hub! And there’s more than just great new tastes in downtown, as you can end your night with a movie, live music, or at the Fox Theatre.

“With a full array of high-quality restaurant options, peninsula residents can enjoy a ‘night out’ without traveling to San Francisco,” says Alpio Barbara, president of the Redwood City Downtown Business Group, which is behind the event.

Let us know which one was your favorite! Bon appétit.
