ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Administer benefits programs to new hires including tracking new hire enrollments and conducting new hire orientation.
Coordinate administration of wellness platform and related functions (health challenges, Gym Memberships, etc.).
Pay Benefits invoices timely and coordinate the monthly billing reconciliation. Resolve billing errors and escalate any unresolved issues.
Coordinate with payroll on Benefits premium adjustments.
Benefits team support including HRIS issues resolution and auditing, customer service with associates and vendors.
Take ownership of Benefits tickets assigned. See to resolution.
Coordinate with Communications team to keep Buzz updated. Assist in Open Enrollment planning. Attend Open Enrollment events. Other benefits duties and projects as assigned.
Education: Bachelors Degree; Human Resources or related field preferred.
