We offer Self-Guided Tours by Appointment Only. Centrally located in the coveted Uptown neighborhood of Seattle, WA, Expo apartments offer modern living at a have-it-all locale.

Pets are welcome too and will enjoy our on-site pet wash. Perhaps best of all is our amazing rooftop terrace with barbecue area, perfect for entertaining friends amid a backdrop of stunning Space Needle views.

A paper copy is available from the Leasing Office upon request. This community does not accept reusable (portable) tenant screening reports.
