Qualified residents may earn money renting their apartment for up to 90-days per year. Local rules and regulations apply. Carmel Summit provides one Assigned Garage space with each apartment home. Additional Unassigned Uncovered spaces may be available to rent for $35 per month, and Assigned Uncovered spaces for $70 per month.
