Santa Palmia provides one Assigned Garage space with each apartment home. Additional Unassigned Uncovered spaces may be available to rent for $75 per month, Assigned Uncovered spaces for $100 per month, Assigned Covered spaces for $125 per month, and Assigned Garage spaces for $150 per month.
