Bel Air Parking

Bel Air apartment homes offers garage and covered parking. One covered carport parking space is included with each studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartment home. Private garage parking spaces are included with one-bedroom and two-bedroom TOWNHOME floor plans (The Putter, The Back-Nine, The Sandwedge, The Fairway, The Eagle). An extra covered carport space, if available, is $50 monthly per space. The community also includes uncovered guest parking (first come, first serve).
