Community Parking Amenity


Solstice offers garage parking for an additional cost. Unassigned covered spaces, if available, are $10 monthly per space for the first space. Additional unassigned covered spaces are $75 per space, and assigned garages are $100 monthly per space. The community also includes EV charging stations and guest parking.
